Come try a new engaging and fun approach to fitness!

Rockin’ Fitness is a low impact, high intensity workout using a combination of plyometric (jump training), strength, and cardio training. You’ll be led through a program that’s fun and socially engaging, while improving overall fitness.

Each class is $15 and runs from 6:30pm-7:30pm, Mondays.

Your purchase includes 30 minutes of jump time before and after the class, for you to properly warm up and cool down.
